KDT Premium Hook-and-Loop Sanding Discs 4" (100 mm)

KDT premium sanding discs use a hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing so grits swap in seconds on a matching backing pad. The 4 inch (100 mm) discs are made for shaping and finishing natural stone, from removing saw marks to preparing a surface for polishing.

Each disc has a 5/8 inch center and ships in a box of 50. The grit range runs from #80 for aggressive work up to #1200 for fine finishing, so one product line carries the full sanding sequence.

How to Use

1. Press the disc onto a clean 4 in (100 mm) hook-and-loop backing pad.
2. Begin with a coarse grit (#80) to level the surface and remove marks.
3. Step up through the grits in order, keeping the disc moving.
4. Add water for wet sanding to cut dust and prolong disc life.
