511 Porous Plus is Miracle Sealants' premium solvent-based impregnating sealer for the most porous tile, stone, masonry and grout surfaces. It penetrates deep below the surface to form an invisible barrier that repels water, oil, grease, stains and dirt while remaining vapor-permeable, so the substrate can still breathe. Because it is a penetrating impregnator rather than a topical coating, it never changes the natural look, is U.V. transparent and will not yellow — while leaving all surfaces harder and less slippery. Rated by the maker at 2 to 10 times the coverage of competitive sealers, one quart treats up to 500 sq ft on typical porous stone and far more on dense polished stone. Suitable for interior and exterior use, it resists acid rain, salt and freeze/thaw cycling and is on the approved sources list of the U.S. Postal Service.

Grout (sanded), limestone, granite and marble (flamed, honed or polished), saltillo tile, terra cotta pavers, masonry, sandstone, porous slate and brick, cement, concrete, cantera/adoquin, flagstone and stucco. Ideal for kitchens, showers, restrooms, patios, driveways, garages, pool areas and walls, interior or exterior. Note: 511 Porous Plus will not stop acid etching. Always test an inconspicuous area first; protect neighboring wood, carpet, metal and landscaping.
