MB Stone Care Hardscape BSC Outdoor Biological Surface Cleaner
Hardscape BSC is a biological outdoor cleaner that dissolves dirt, grime, mold, mildew and algae from hard exterior surfaces. It is formulated without bleach or peroxides, so it cleans deep into the pores of porous materials without the aggressive chemistry that damages delicate stone, wood and painted finishes. The same bottle works indoors and out on natural stone, brick, concrete, wood, roofing, siding, stucco and fabric. It can be used as a scrub-and-rinse cleaner or left wet as a residual treatment that keeps working on the surface.

- Test Hardscape BSC on a small, inconspicuous area first to confirm compatibility with the surface.
- Apply with a soft brush, roller or sprayer, covering the soiled area evenly.
- Let the product dwell 10 to 15 minutes on the affected area.
- Apply a second wet coat and agitate gently with a soft-bristle brush.
- Rinse the treated surface thoroughly with water to remove all residue. Repeat the cycle if heavy growth remains.
- On natural stone and masonry, apply evenly, let it sit, then rinse thoroughly.
- On painted surfaces, test a small section, apply gently and rinse without scrubbing.
- On wood, use a soft brush and rinse carefully to avoid raising the grain.
- On fabrics, apply, blot gently and rinse thoroughly.
- For residual treatment, spray an even coat on the clean surface and leave it wet instead of rinsing. This discourages regrowth of mold, mildew and algae and makes the next cleaning easier.
- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and keep the container tightly closed. Gloves are advisable during extended use to avoid skin irritation.
