Alpha® Wet Sanding/Polishing Kit for Medium & Large Polishers
The Alpha® Wet Sanding/Polishing Kit is the perfect accessory for hand-held polishers, turning a dry tool into a wet tool without the need for a second tool. It is an economical way to convert dry polishers for wet use and provides a rapid pathway to OSHA dust-control compliance on the job site.
Features
- Converts a dry hand-held polisher into a wet tool — no second machine required
- Helps achieve OSHA silica/dust-control compliance by introducing water at the workpiece
- Includes a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) for added operator safety
- Compatible with most medium and large hand-held sanders/polishers
- Complete kit: safety guard, Loc-Line water assembly, water hose, 3 ft (1 m) memory wrap, quick-connect adapter, GFCI plug, and hook & loop straps

- Select the kit voltage that matches your polisher: WSPKIT for 120V tools, WSPKIT2V for 240V tools.
- Attach the safety guard to the polisher per the included manual.
- Connect the Loc-Line water assembly and route the water hose using the 3 ft (1 m) memory wrap and hook & loop straps.
- Use the quick-connect adapter to hook up a standard garden hose water supply.
- Plug the polisher into the supplied GFCI plug, then into a properly grounded outlet.
- Turn on water flow first, then start the polisher. Begin sanding/polishing with light, even pressure.
- When finished, stop the tool first, then shut off water and drain/dry the assembly before storage.
