The Tenax 25DIAMFF024 is a Frankfurt-mount diamond brush in the 24 grit grade, used for stone texturing and antiquing on Frankfurt-compatible automated and manual machines. Diamond bristles deliver an aggressive texture pass that sets up the subsequent finer-grit brushes in the antique-finish workflow. The Tenax DIAMFF series is the standard brush family for leathered and antiqued slab finishes.

  1. Mount the brush on a Frankfurt-compatible spindle.
  2. Verify water feed for wet-process texturing.
  3. Run the brush across the slab at the recommended feed and pressure for the stone type.
  4. Step up through finer-grit brushes (36, 46, 80, 120, 180) for the desired final antique depth.
  5. Flush the brush after use to extend service life.
  • Wear ANSI Z87 eye protection, hearing protection, and a dust-rated respirator.
  • Use cut-resistant gloves where applicable.
  • Verify the tool is rated for the stone material before starting.
