Manufacturer Features & Specifications
General
Rotate Vacuum Glass Lifter is a tool designed to safely lift, move, and position large glass panels. It uses vacuum suction cups to hold the glass securely and allows workers to tilt and rotate the glass without touching it directly.
These lifters are commonly used in industries like glass installation, window manufacturing, and construction, where handling big, fragile glass sheets by hand would be difficult and dangerous.
The lifter can tilt the glass from upright to flat (0–90°) using air pressure, and some models can rotate the glass 90° either by hand or with an air-powered system.
The Rotate Vacuum Glass Lifter range is designed to lift, tilt and rotate glass and porcelain sheets. In addition, the extended bars are equipped to widen the lifting coverage area.
Features
Pneumatic vertical-horizontal tilting from 0 to 90°
90° rotation manually or by the air cylinder depending on model
Automatic vacuum pumping if vacuum loss occurs
Audio/visual warning system
Attach/release materials using the ON/OFF slide valve
