Alpha Silencer RZ is a specialty bridge saw / rail saw blade engineered for porcelain, sintered slabs and glass panels where the highest-quality finish is required. A resin-bonded continuous-rim diamond layer produces a razor-sharp mitered edge with fast, quiet and chip-free cutting. This 12" blade ships with a 60mm arbor and a 50mm adapter, and the smaller 12" diameter is ideal for detail cuts, sink cut-outs, and mitered work on smaller-format slabs.

- Verify your bridge / rail saw spindle speed does not exceed the blade's maximum RPM rating.
- Choose the 60mm arbor mounting, or fit the included 50mm adapter for 50mm spindles.
- Confirm the rotation arrow on the blade matches the spindle direction before tightening.
- Tighten the arbor flange to manufacturer torque spec; never use impact tools on the flange nut.
- Engage water cooling at a steady 1.5–2 GPM flow on both sides of the blade BEFORE the cut.
- Begin the cut at reduced feed; resin-bonded blades cut best with light, steady pressure.
- For mitered (45°) cuts, reduce feed further and allow the blade to clear slurry between passes.
This 12" Silencer RZ blade fits bridge and rail saws with either a 60mm or 50mm spindle (50mm adapter included). For wet cutting of porcelain, sintered slabs, and glass panels only. Not for use on dry cutters, angle grinders, or handheld saws. Not recommended for natural stone production cutting — use the matching Alpha blade for granite, marble, or engineered stone.
