FILA MP90 ECO PLUS is a water-based, solvent-free high-performance penetrating sealer that protects all natural stone, engineered quartz, polished porcelain and grout against stains without altering their natural look. It cures fast — foot traffic in just 4 hours — and carries very low VOC emissions that contribute toward LEED credits.

On a clean, dry surface apply with a paintbrush or lambswool applicator, fully saturating the surface. Let sit 10–15 minutes, then wipe and rub to fully penetrate and remove any excess with a dry cloth, lambswool pad or sponge. Foot traffic after 4 hours; full cure in 8 hours. Does not protect marble, travertine and limestone from acid stains. Test first and apply in a well-ventilated area.
