The stone must be in a “Ready-To-Polish” state before using MB-Zero+. In some cases, abrasives and/or diamond refinishing may be necessary to achieve desired results. Directions for Use

Preparation

1. Clean the surface, to be polished, from any debris, sand, and dirt.
2. Protect surfaces that could be damaged by splatters with proper masking material.
3. Prepare your surface for polishing by completing the honing process, to the highest clarity possible for best results.

Directions for Countertops

1. Target an area of approximately 2 – 3 sq. ft.
2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of MB-ZERO+ on the surface to be polished in a circular pattern, slightly smaller than the polishing pad to be used.
3. Using a spray bottle, add enough water to the powder to soak the powder.
4. Use a white polishing pad with a right-angle grinder/polisher (variable speed is a MUST).
5. Set the speed to low. Place pad on top of powder mixture.
6. While controlling the speed with the trigger and applying an even, light pressure depending on the stone.
7. Run the machine on a slow setting for about a minute per sq ft.

Directions for Floors

1. Target an area of approximately 10 – 12 sq. ft. and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of MB-ZERO+ in the center of area in a circular pattern slightly smaller than the diameter of the floor machine.
2. Using a spray bottle, add enough water to the powder to soak the powder.
3. Run the machine over the area for approximately 3-4 minutes per 10 to 12 sq ft.
4. Check the results and repeat if needed. If you want more luster run for another minute. When you are satisfied, move on to the next area.
5. Working with this polish, you will find you are able to get a good result close to edges, sinks, faucets, tub surrounds, and tight spaces.
6. A white pad cut 1⁄2 inch over the diameter of the pad driver protects the fixture or surface you are polishing against.
