Gravity Vinyl Ester Knife Grade is a high-performance, extra-clear adhesive formulated for ultra-strong, fast-curing bonding and lamination of materials like marble, granite, quartz, and ceramic. This versatile adhesive is ideal for visible joints, offering a smooth, shiny finish that enhances the aesthetic appeal of your projects. Once mixed with the catalyst, Gravity sets quickly—typically within 20 to 35 minutes at 25°C—allowing for rapid work progress even in cooler conditions. It maintains outstanding color stability and UV resistance, ensuring that the bonded surfaces will retain their appearance even when exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods. Ensure that the stone to be treated is dry, clean, and free of dust. Take from the containers the necessary amount of glue and add the catalyst in paste 1-3% in weight. Stir them thoroughly and use the product thus obtained. Do not return the unused glue in the can. If it is necessary to correct the color, use the coloring paste or metal oxides. Add the color before the catalyst, match the hue and then add the catalyst. An excess of color may influence the final characteristic of the glue. Take care. To obtain the best color after polymerization, it is recommended to use an amount of peroxide paste not exceeding 2%. Keep the can closed after usage. Keep the glue and the catalyst, in original packaging, away from the sun.

This product will last at least 12 months under normal conditions between 20-25°C, kept away from a source of heat, humidity, sun light and in unused and closed original containers.
