FILA FOB XTREME is a professional, breathable water- and oil-repellent protector built on FILA's Advanced Solvent-Based Technology. It hampers the absorption of watery and oily stains without forming a surface film, preserves the material's natural colour and withstands UV radiation for lasting indoor and outdoor performance.

On a clean, dry surface apply evenly with a brush or fleece pad, wetting the grout lines, and dab excess with a clean cloth before it dries (about 10–15 minutes). On high-absorption or heavy-traffic surfaces apply a second coat after 8 hours. Do not apply over a waxed surface, during the hottest hours in summer, or outdoors if rain is forecast. Does not protect against acid aggression.
