Features

• The diamond cutting blade DISTAR 1A1R ESTHETE is used for cutting ceramic materials with the presence of decorative coatings. Due to the standard 22.2 mm mounting , it can be used on almost any grinding machine for dry cutting. Equipped with an ultra-thin diamond layer of 1.1 millimeters, which allows to cut the tile even with a soft glaze. The blades is available in two variations, with a diameter of 125 and 115 mm, which makes it possible to use it on any angle grinder with a standard mounting. New design of the blade with the effect of see through allows you to control the cutting line. The flange-strengthened blade housing ensures a cutting of hard ceramic tiles. Laser segmentation provides efficient cooling of the cutting layer. Useful information In case of sparking in the cutting area, recommended reduction of the feed, by reducing the pressure on the blade. In most cases, the sparking should stop after a short time, and the blade will restore cutting ability. Positioning of gres diamond cutting blades for angle grinders Performance parameters are given for following conditions: cutting the material indicated on the charts; cutting with 125 mm blade diameter; working with operational angle grinder with a power of 1.4 kW, with a rotational speed of 11 000 rpm; at an air temperature of +25 C.
