APEXX Shape RH20 (Round Hand) — Brass-Core Continuous-Rim Router Bit
Brass-core continuous-rim router bit producing a 20 mm (~3/4") full round-over (round hand) edge profile for stone countertops. Wet-use only. Two-position system for shaping and finishing.
Features
- Built with the brass core to best preserve diamond strength
- APEXX Profile 1 is also known as Pencil edge, Crescent edge or French Bullnose
- Fit Master-3500, Sector, Magnum, Hercules, Red Ripper and all other standard stone routers
- Position-1 profiles the stone edge and Position-2 smooths the edge
- Material: Engineered Stone, Granite, Marble

Initial shape-cutting position for the RH20 round-hand profile.
22501-01221 — RH20 — Pos.2 (Finishing)
Finishing position for the RH20 profile, used after Pos.1 to refine the surface.
- Mount the router bit on a wet stone router or CNC capable of accepting the matching thread spec.
- Engage continuous water cooling at the cutting edge before contact.
- Begin with Pos.1 to rough out the profile.
- Switch to Pos.2 for the finishing pass.
- Pad-polish to final gloss as needed.
- Always wear PPE — eye, hearing, and respiratory protection.
