  1. Inspect the vacuum pad seal for cuts, grit, or compression set before each shift.
  2. Connect the air/battery supply — 58-87 PSI (4-6 bar).
  3. Seat the pad flat on clean, sound, non-porous material with no chips or seams under the seal.
  4. Draw vacuum and wait for the gauge to reach the safe zone before taking any load.
  5. Lift slowly and keep the load low; never stand or pass under a suspended load. Never exceed the rated 265 lb (120 kg).
  6. Set the material down fully, then release vacuum and vent the pad.
