Prado Unifit Outlet Bit (22229-07006)
The 1-3/8" x 1-1/2" Rim option (item 22229-07006) is sized to Prado's cutout template for the unifit single outlet: a 1-3/8" (35 mm) installation hole and an optional 1-1/2" (38.1 mm) flush-mount countersink, 1/10" (2.5 mm) deep. This bit has a 1-3/8" core and a 1-1/2" tapered rim, the same two diameters.
- Installation hole: 1-3/8" (35 mm), the same as the bit's core diameter
- Flush-mount countersink: 1-1/2" (38.1 mm), the same as the bit's tapered rim diameter. A tapered rim leaves a sloped countersink, not a flat-bottom recess.
- Not the 1-3/8" x 2" rim size (22229-07005): its rim is wider than Prado's 1-1/2" countersink
- For stone, Prado's guide lists CNC, waterjet or laser for the hole and CNC for the countersink, and recommends a test on a sample piece first
