Diamond Blade Re-Dressing Tool

Alpha® is excited to introduce our new blade redressing tool. It is designed to redress dull cutting edges of diamond blades from 4” to 6" using an angle grinder. It can be used with all small angle grinders up to 6" and can be a virtually dust-free application when used with HEPA vacuum which will minimize silica exposure!

  1. Mount the blade securely on your angle grinder or saw using the correct arbor adapter.
  2. Ensure the workpiece is stable and properly supported before cutting.
  3. Start cutting at low speed and gradually increase to the recommended RPM.
  4. Use water for wet cutting applications to reduce dust and extend blade life.
  5. Always wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, and a dust mask.
