Superior Filled Polyester Flowing Adhesive
Superior Filled Polyester Flowing Adhesive is a pre-colored polyester adhesive filled with calcium carbonate, made for natural stone. It is used for seaming, rodding and repairing natural and engineered stone and fills small scratches, cracks, chips and holes. Because it cures harder than standard polyester adhesives, the repair can be polished to match the surface polish of the stone.

- Test on a sample of the actual stone to confirm bond strength, visual clarity and shadowing before final application. Light-colored porous materials such as quartzite and white marble should be tested for shadowing.
- Make sure all contact surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and completely dry.
- For a custom color match, mix Superior Resin Coloring Paste into the adhesive before adding the hardener.
- Add 2%–4% white BPO paste hardener by weight to the resin, using a digital scale for accurate measurement and only the hardener provided by Superior.
- Mix the adhesive and hardener thoroughly until fully uniform in color and texture.
- Apply the adhesive within the working window (about 4–6 minutes at 70°F / 21°C), then join and clamp the stone.
