Abaco Slab Rack SRK010 (Black Rubber) — Stone & Granite Slab Storage Rack

The Abaco SRK010 is a stationary slab storage rack for fabrication shops, slab yards, and distributors. The set ships with two bases and twenty poles — configured for vertical-slab storage of granite, marble, engineered stone, and similar materials. Black rubber caps on the poles protect the polished slab edges that contact the rack.

  1. Position the bases on a level concrete floor.
  2. Insert poles into the base sockets per the vendor instructions.
  3. Load slabs vertically into each bay, leaning against the frame face.
  4. Distribute slab weight evenly.
  5. Inspect slab positions periodically; reset any slab that has shifted.
  • Never stand or walk under a suspended load.
  • Verify your lifting equipment's working load limit exceeds the combined load and accessory weight.
  • Inspect the unit before each shift; remove from service if cracks, deformation, or excessive wear are visible.
  • Use tag lines for control — do not push or pull a swinging load by hand.
  • Anchor the bases where local code or shop practice requires.
  • Two operators required for slab loading.
