Crown Denatured Alcohol – Thins Shellac – 1 Gallon
Crown Denatured Alcohol (Thins Shellac formula) is an excellent thinner for shellac. Shellac cut with this solvent flows out to a smooth, high-gloss film with good color, and works well as a primer coat for floors, furniture, wood, and plaster. It also cleans up brushes, tools, and spray equipment after use with shellac. Diluted at 3 oz per gallon of water, it doubles as an effective streak-free glass cleaner. Made in the USA by SolvChem, Inc. – the Crown brand preferred by professionals since 1971.
