Alpha® Akemi® EverClear 300

EverClear 300 is a 2-component PUR adhesive supplied in cartridges, with almost no yellowing. It is VOC-free and has a creamy-soft consistency that allows application on vertical bondings and visible joints. EverClear 300 is engineered for durable bondings of large-size ceramic surfaces such as Dekton®, Lapitec®, Neolith®, and Laminam®, as well as hard stone, both indoors and outdoors. Available in 13 color-coded (CC) shades using a 2:1 mixing ratio for wide bonding gaps and visually seamless joints.

10665 — — Accessory Mixing Nozzle (400 ml / 265 ml cartridges)
  1. Load the 400 ml EverClear 300 cartridge into the Akepox-compatible Skeleton Gun (P/N 10636).
  2. Attach a new Mixing Nozzle (P/N 10665) to the cartridge outlet before each use.
  3. Dispense a short bead onto scrap material until a uniform color appears, confirming proper 2:1 mixing.
  4. Apply the adhesive to clean, dry, dust-free surfaces within the working time stated on the technical data sheet.
  5. Join the parts immediately and support until initial cure; remove excess before it sets.
  6. Replace the mixing nozzle for each new application; cartridges may be re-used until the working life of the resin is exceeded.
