The Dynamic Stone Tools X Series 4" Engineered Stone Wet Polishing Pads are specifically formulated for the unique challenges of polishing engineered stone surfaces, including quartz composites such as Silestone, Caesarstone, Cambria, and similar products. Engineered stone presents distinct polishing characteristics compared to natural stone, requiring a specialized abrasive formulation to achieve the high-gloss, streak-free finish that end customers expect on these premium surfaces.
Dynamic Stone Tools has engineered the X Series with an abrasive matrix that cuts efficiently through the resin binder phase of engineered stone while also refining the quartz aggregate, resulting in a consistent, uniform gloss across the entire polished surface. The 4" diameter is ideal for edge polishing on CNC machines and hand polishing applications, and the Velcro backing enables rapid grit progression changes without tools.
Available in seven grit levels from #50 through #3000, the X Series provides a complete polishing system from initial edge refinement to final gloss. These pads are optimized for wet polishing and perform best when used with adequate water flow to remove slurry and cool the pad surface during operation.
