- CoolPAD Always sharp Almost all polishing blade on the market are designed for grinding granite with the use of cooling. Often masters use these blade for processing of porcelain gres on the angle grinder in a dry mode. As a result, there is a rapid sludge clogging and blunting of diamond grains – the processing speed decreases, chips appear, and the edge quality decreases. CoolPAD polishing blade are specially designed for dry grinding of ceramics, porcelain gres on the angle grinder. The composition of the diamond-bearing layer provides a consistently high processing speed, which ensures the best surface quality. You can touch the tiles glaze without fear of damaging the edge. The profile of the layer in the involute form effectively removes the sludge from the grinding zone. Due to such properties, one blade number replaces three polishers of different grain sizes. For example, #1 replaces grains 30, 60, 120., #2 – 120, 200, 400., #3 – 400, 800, 1000. Its very convenient! The working surface of the blade must be sharpened with an abrasive material before the first use. Polishing blade are made with an outer diameter of 100 mm and with three processing quality numbers: #1, #2, #3.
