4" Multi-Step Wet Polishing Pad for Engineered Stone - Hurricane
Diamax Hurricane ES is a 3-step white resin polishing pad system built to finish engineered stone and granite with a shorter sequence than a traditional 7-step pad set. Each 4" pad uses a hook-and-loop (Velcro) back for quick changes on an angle grinder or air polisher, and the white resin bond is formulated to be more forgiving on engineered stone when run with minimal water. This listing is step #1 of the 3-step ladder (positions 0 through 3 make up the full set); wet use only, maximum 4,000 RPM.

- Mount the pad on an angle grinder or air polisher fitted with a hook-and-loop backer pad.
- Run the 3-step sequence in order: position 0, then 1, then 2, then 3.
- Keep the pad wet at all times — this system is not rated for dry use.
- Use minimal water as needed; the white resin is formulated to stay forgiving on engineered stone at low water flow.
- Do not exceed 4,000 RPM.
- Change to the next step only after the prior step's scratch pattern is fully removed.
