Alpha® Air / Exhaust Hose Adapter (HEP110021)
The HEP110021 Air / Exhaust Hose Adapter is a small polymer fitting that bridges the dust port on Alpha® Ecoguard CX, GX and W Series dust collection covers and the connector / vacuum hose. The adapter is included with most Ecoguard kits (ECOCX5KIT, ECOW6KIT, ECOW9KIT) and is available as a stand-alone replacement when building a custom dust-extraction system. Made in the USA.

- Fit the adapter to the dust port on your Ecoguard cutting or grinding cover.
- Push the matching cuff of a connector hose (e.g. 500026 18", 500073 54") or your vacuum hose onto the other end.
- Verify the joint is secure with no visible gap — a tight seal is required for >90% dust capture.
- Start the vacuum first, then start the grinder. Vent freely while running.
- Inspect the adapter at the end of every shift; replace if cracked or worn.

Which Ecoguard products is this adapter for?

Is the adapter included with the dust covers?
It is included with the kits (ECOCX5KIT, ECOW6KIT, ECOW9KIT). The standalone covers and the connector hoses do not include it — order HEP110021 separately if you need it.
Does it fit standard shop-vacuum hoses?
Yes. The adapter is sized to mate with standard 1-1/4" / 2-1/4" vacuum hose cuffs used by most HEPA wet/dry vacuums.
