Abaco Vacuum Lifter DVL1000
The DVL1000 is a battery-powered vacuum lifter designed to lift, move and install large glass sheets. Its work load limit is 2,200 lb (1,000 kg). Two independent vacuum systems keep operation continuous and safe if one system fails.
Features
- Two independent vacuum systems for continuous, safe operation in case of a system failure
- Up to 10 small vacuum pads that distribute vacuum force to safely lift thin or fragile glass sheets
- Detachable vacuum pads whose positions adjust to the size of the lifted glass sheet
- Battery-powered operation that needs no electricity or compressed air in warehouses, factories and construction sites
- Automatic flipping system powered by electric cylinders, tilting from horizontal to vertical and back
- Visual and audible alarm system for operator safety
- 360-degree rotation and flipping between horizontal and vertical orientations
