- Install the router bit on the CNC or hand-held router via the 5/8"-11 thread.
- Select the V-size matching your stone thickness (V20 for 2 cm, V30 for 3 cm, V40 for 4 cm).
- Engage water supply before contacting the stone edge.
- Profile in multiple passes at increasing depth for a smooth bullnose radius.
- Follow with polishing pads on the profiled edge for final finish.
- Wear eye protection, hearing protection, and waterproof clothing.
