Alpha® BladeMaster — High-Speed Diamond Blade for Demolition & Concrete
The Alpha® BladeMaster is the ultimate laser-welded segmented diamond blade engineered for cured concrete with industry-leading cost/performance. A 14 mm segment height combined with multi-layer arranged diamond technology delivers very fast cutting speed and long life on popular high-speed demolition saws. Operates wet or dry on saws from 5 to 25 HP and cuts a diverse range of construction materials.

- Confirm saw RPM is at or below the blade’s Max RPM (6,200 RPM for 12", 4,700 RPM for 16").
- Mount blade on a 1" arbor saw aligning the drive pin into the pin hole.
- Use water-fed when feasible to maximise life and suppress dust; dry cutting is permitted for short demolition cuts.
- Allow the blade to do the work — never force-feed. Let RPM recover between deep passes.
- Periodically dress in an abrasive block if glazing occurs.
