The NSI Solutions 3" Rapid Z-CUT is a stacked-blade drum wheel built for extremely fast material removal when profiling sink cutouts and shaping edges in stone. It runs a stainless-steel arbor with a 5/8"-11 mounting thread (M14 available) and center water feed. The with-bearing version carries twelve stacked diamond blades plus a two-stage template-follower bearing that rides your template and compensates as the blades wear — ideal for slab up to 3 cm. The no-bearing version carries seventeen blades for freehand shaping and can adapt to a 1/2" gas thread for CNC use. Replacement blades and bearings are available to keep the wheel cutting.
