45° is easy!

The DISTAR Edge Dry Diamond Blade is engineered for professional 45° miter cutting of ceramic and porcelain gres tiles—without the need for water cooling. Built with a wide 1" (25 mm) double-sided diamond layer, this blade reinforces rigidity while delivering smooth, chip-free cutting. The honeycomb diamond bond provides both high cutting productivity and soft, precise operation. With its large plane design, the Edge Dry offers a natural fulcrum effect, guiding the blade in a straight line for accurate cuts. It also doubles as a grinder, allowing craftsmen to refine tile edges with the same blade. Available in 4.5" and 5" sizes with a 0.87" (22.23 mm) bore, it’s the ultimate solution for dry bevel cutting and edge finishing.
