Bellinzoni B-LEM3 Exxtra WD is a super-concentrated, pH-neutral detergent for the daily cleaning and maintenance of parquet and laminated floors. It deep-cleans without damaging the material or leaving residues or streaks, leaving a long-lasting sandalwood fragrance. Its controlled-foam formula needs no rinsing and can be used in walk-behind automatic scrubbing machines.

Daily cleaning: dilute 10 mL per L of water and wash the floor with a microfibre, cotton or mixed-fibre mop; allow to dry completely, no rinsing needed. Periodic cleaning: dilute up to 30 mL per L of water and clean as above (1 cap = 10 mL). Suitable for parquet, LVT (luxury vinyl tiles), and laminated and natural wood floors. The product has anti-stain properties but does not protect against acids; always test first.
