Alpha® Corner Rulers
Alpha® Corner Rulers give fabricators a fast, repeatable way to mark, cut and grind the square corners of glass, tile, stone, porcelain, plastic and wood. Each set delivers seven of the most common corner patterns in a stainless-steel storage case — choose the Radius Set for rounded corners (3/8" to 1-1/2") or the Straight Set for 45° chamfered corners. Used with the Alpha® Corner Nipper or a standard profile wheel, the rulers dramatically reduce corner preparation time on countertops and architectural panels.

- Select the pattern that matches the finished corner profile required by the design (radius dimension for CRR; chamfer length for CRS).
- Position the ruler against the square corner of the slab, panel or tile and trace the line with a fine marker or scribe.
- For glass and thin tile, follow up with a glass cutter or the Alpha® Corner Nipper to remove the bulk material.
- For stone, porcelain and countertop material, rough-cut with a wet saw, then refine to the line with a profile wheel or hand polisher.
- Return each ruler to the labeled slot in the stainless-steel case to prevent loss of the smaller patterns.
