Akemi Marble Filler 1000 THIXO — White Knife-Grade Polyester Stone Adhesive & Filler (1000 mL)
AKEMI® Marble Filler 1000 Thixo is a paste-like, two-component product based on unsaturated polyester resin dissolved in styrene with mineral fillers. Its creamy-soft, thixotropic (non-sag) knife-grade consistency holds on vertical surfaces, dries fast at the surface and hardens quickly, then grinds, mills, drills and polishes cleanly. It is used across the stone industry for filling and bonding natural and engineered stone.

- Creamy-soft, non-sag consistency — holds on vertical seams and edges.
- Fast surface drying and fast hardening (15–30 min) for quick further processing.
- Grinds, mills, drills and polishes excellently.
- Strong adhesion on stone even at elevated temperatures; resists water, petrol and mineral oils.
- Keep bond layers thin (<2 mm); hardener above 4% reduces adhesion.
Filling and bonding natural and engineered stone on horizontal and especially vertical surfaces — seaming, chip and hole filling, and modelling corners and edges. Requires the matching white polyester hardener before use.
Wear appropriate PPE. Follow manufacturer instructions and safety regulations.
