Akemi Everclear 300 Color Match Urethane — 400 mL Cartridge
AKEMI® EVERCLEAR 300 is a creamy, solvent-free, two-component polyurethane (PUR) adhesive with filling agents, supplied in a convenient 400 mL cartridge that dispenses and auto-mixes through a static mixing nozzle and gun. Its soft, stable consistency works easily and holds on vertical joints, while its excellent yellowing stability and very low emission (GEV EMICODE® EC1PLUS) make it ideal for clean, seamless, color-matched bonds. Because the cartridge is offered in a range of color-coordinated shades, you can match the joint to the material for large-size techno ceramics (Dekton®, Lapitec®, Neolith®, Laminam®), natural and artificial stone, and quartz — indoors and outdoors.
- Color-matched bonding — multiple color-coordinated shades for seamless, near-invisible joints
- Excellent yellowing stability — suitable indoors and outdoors
- Cartridge convenience — easy dosing and mixing through the gun and static mixing nozzle
- Soft, stable consistency — works easily and holds on vertical bonding joints
- Very low emission — GEV EMICODE® EC1PLUS, solvent-free, with very low shrinkage

- Excellent yellowing stability for durable color-matched joints indoors and outdoors
- Soft, stable consistency works easily and holds well on vertical bonding joints
- Easy dosing and mixing through the cartridge system and static mixing nozzle
- Color-coordinated shades allow a seamless bond on ceramics, natural and artificial stone, and quartz
- Fast surface drying for quick handling
- Very low shrinkage, so only minimal tension develops within the bonding joint
- Very low emission — GEV EMICODE® EC1PLUS
Recommended for color-matched bonding of:
- Ceramics and large-size techno ceramics — Dekton®, Lapitec®, Neolith®, Laminam®, Kerlite®, Maxfine
- Silicious-bound natural stone — indoors and outdoors
- Quartz and limestone (e.g. marble) — indoors
A minimum temperature of 59°F (15°C) is recommended during hardening; below this, adhesion on some substrates may be reduced.
- The surface must be clean, free of dust, completely dry and slightly roughened.
- Remove the clasp from the cartridge and place it in the gun. Work the grip until material emerges from both openings, then screw on the mixing nozzle. Discard the first 10 cm (4 in) pressed out of the nozzle. If used without a mixing nozzle, both components must be thoroughly mixed at 2:1 (Part A : Part B).
- The mixture stays workable for approx. 6–8 minutes at 68°F (20°C). Bonded parts may be moved after approx. 1 hour, further processed after approx. 2–3 hours, and reach final stability after 7 days (all at 68°F / 20°C).
- Hardening is accelerated by heat and delayed by cold.
- Clean tools with AKEMI® Nitro-Thinner. Once cured, the adhesive can only be removed mechanically or by high heat (above 392°F / 200°C).
- For professional use only.
- Maintain a minimum temperature of 59°F (15°C) during hardening; do not use below 41°F (5°C), as it will not harden sufficiently.
- Do not expose the bond permanently to temperatures above 140°F (60°C).
- Cured adhesive can no longer be removed with solvents — only mechanically or by high heat (above 392°F / 200°C).
- Empty the container completely for proper waste disposal.
- Industrial chemical product — use only in well-ventilated areas and wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Always read the AKEMI Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
