Superior PEARL EHC Knife Grade
Superior PEARL EHC Knife Grade is a 100% vinyl ester stone adhesive from Superior Stone Products with a translucent, pearlescent appearance. It is formulated as a thicker, low-shear (knife-grade) paste that stays where it is placed rather than running, which makes it suited to mitered edges, vertical seams, laminating, rodding and chip repair on natural stone, engineered quartz and solid surface material. It can be tinted with Superior Resin Coloring Paste for closer color matching at the joint. Indoor use only.

- Clean and dry the joint or repair area; remove dust, grease and loose debris.
- If tinting, blend Superior Resin Coloring Paste into the resin before adding hardener.
- Add BPO hardener at 1–3% by weight and mix thoroughly; use only Superior-specified BPO.
- Apply with a putty knife while the paste is workable — gel begins in roughly 4–6 minutes.
- Hold vertical and mitered joints in place; the knife-grade consistency resists sagging.
- Allow to reach tack-free cure (roughly 15–25 minutes indoors) before further handling.
- Trim, sand and polish once fully cured.
- Indoor use only. Wear appropriate PPE and follow the product Safety Data Sheet.
- Store unopened containers per label guidance; shelf life is 1 year from manufacture.
