- Inspect the vacuum pad seal for cuts, grit, or compression set before each shift.
- Connect the air/battery supply — 72 PSI (5 bar).
- Seat the pad flat on clean, sound, non-porous material with no chips or seams under the seal.
- Draw vacuum and wait for the gauge to reach the safe zone before taking any load.
- Lift slowly and keep the load low; never stand or pass under a suspended load. Never exceed the rated 441 lb (200 kg).
- Set the material down fully, then release vacuum and vent the pad.
